About The Position

Commercial Lines Account Manager (Korean Speaking) Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who is fluent in Korean to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse Korean generalist book of business, with account sizes ranging from $1,000 to $500,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent communication skills in both English and Korean, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service. Requirements

Fluency in Korean is required.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a Korean generalist book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Quote new and renewal business, providing accurate and timely proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records and documentation using EPIC software.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
