About The Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and a deep understanding of personal insurance products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in personal insurance account management
- In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and coverage options
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, serving as the main point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process
