About The Position

An established agency is seeking a personable and motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to provide exceptional service to clients. This role involves handling new and renewal business, quoting, policy issuance, and identifying cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with personal lines coverage in an agency or brokerage environment.
• Proven customer service and sales skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience with Applied Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate quotes for new and renewal business.
• Manage overall account servicing, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions.
• Negotiate with carrier underwriters to secure the most competitive terms for clients.
• Quote, bind, and issue policies with multiple carriers and rating systems.
• Recognize cross-sell opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand accounts.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
