Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; compensation will be commensurate with experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented office environment
A stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to previous roles

Nice To Haves

Experience with AMS360 is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of business, including standard and high-net-worth personal lines accounts
Handle renewals (approximately 80% of workload) and quote new business (approximately 20% of workload)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
