Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
At least 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance preferred.
Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to clients by managing all aspects of personal lines accounts.
Handle daily servicing tasks, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance.
Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to meet client needs.
Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and workflows.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
