Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Outgoing and personable, with a positive attitude.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and growing organization.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Ezlynx software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business focused on standard Personal Lines and middle-market accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Quote new and renewal business as needed.
Collaborate with the Personal Lines team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Ezlynx software.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
