About The Position

Are you a rockstar paralegal, ready to help build an up-and-coming department? Do you thrive on getting stuff done, while simultaneously making every client feel cared for? We're reinventing our approach on personal injury cases and looking for the best of the best to join our high-performance pre-lit/litigation team. At our firm, paralegals are deeply appreciated and play a major role in helping us achieve justice for injured people. Who we are: We're a nationally recognized plaintiffs' firm, and were recently voted a Best Place to Work . Our President was named one of the state's most influential business leaders, and has been recognized for advancing diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. Besides looking for high achievers, we're also looking for good people. People with character, strong values, and who are good teammates. Our employees genuinely care for our clients and for each other. What the day looks like: You're the client's first point of contact. You'll answer client questions, actively provide updates, offer guidance through medical treatment, review records, liaise with experts, schedule mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more. While we have the processes to ensure you are supported at every stage, you won't just be taking orders. Your job is to think critically and keep cases moving for a wide spectrum of clients. It's exciting, fast-paced, and a good fit for organized, driven paralegals who want to make an impact on clients' lives and a new department.
