Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Reliable, honest, and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others

Nice To Haves

  • HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required — we pay for your training
  • We welcome experienced Caregivers as well as individuals who are new to caregiving and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Offering medication reminders and safety support
  • Providing companionship, emotional support, and meaningful conversation
  • Working one‑on‑one in clients’ homes with varying shifts and schedules
