About The Position
Right at Home Spokane is a family‑owned, award‑winning in‑home care agency dedicated to helping people live safely and comfortably in their own homes. We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Caregivers to join our growing team in Spokane County. Both full‑time and part‑time Caregiver opportunities are available. If you have a heart for helping others and want meaningful work where you are truly valued, we would love to meet you. We believe taking care of our Caregivers is just as important as taking care of our clients.
Requirements
- We welcome experienced Caregivers as well as individuals who are new to caregiving and eager to learn.
- HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required — we pay for your training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Reliable, honest, and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others

Responsibilities
- Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offering medication reminders and safety support
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and meaningful conversation
- Working one‑on‑one in clients’ homes with varying shifts and schedules
- Improving the daily lives of our clients and their families.
