About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Aides in Fowlerville, MI. Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or caregiving is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
- Ability to pass background checks and any company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Monitor clients' condition and report any changes to supervisors.
- Follow care plans
