Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or a related field is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations
• Ability to pass background checks and any required certifications if needed
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Follow care plans and adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines
