Requirements

• A caring, dependable person who shows up and follows through
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols
• Strong communication skills and respect for client dignity
• Detail-oriented—you notice the little things that make a big difference

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a PCA, caregiver, HHA, or CNA is helpful—but we’ll train the right heart

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care with respect and compassion
• Support safe movement, mobility, and simple exercises
• Prepare nourishing meals and encourage hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Offer medication reminders and observe changes in condition
• Build meaningful connections through conversation and companionship
• Assist with errands, appointments, and staying engaged in the community
