About The Position

Caremed Inc. is actively hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA), CNAs, and Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care services for clients in the Henrico County, Richmond City, Glen Allen, West End and surrounding areas. If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work with flexible scheduling, this is the opportunity for you. What You’ll Do As a Personal Care Aide, you will help clients remain safe and independent in their homes by assisting with daily living activities:

Requirements

• PCA, CNA, or NA certification
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass background screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Toileting and hygiene support
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and supervision
• Medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Follow client Plan of Care
• Document visits accurately
