About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or related field is an asset.
- Compassionate and patient with a desire to help others.

- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
