About The Position

Workiz is seeking a part-time Chief of Staff (50%). You’ll partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to turn priorities into action, strengthen executive decision-making, and ensure the company moves in sync. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to create clarity where there isn’t any. In this stage, the role includes both high-level strategic work and hands-on operational responsibilities. Over time, the operational responsibilities will be delegated as the company scales. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 50% role with high availability and flexibility
  • Strong proficiency in English and Hebrew
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Office tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating across time zones is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Prepare narratives, synthesize decisions, run exec processes, challenge assumptions, track priorities
  • Partner with the CEO to refine, communicate, and operationalize company priorities
  • Manage the CEO’s workflow by filtering information, escalating critical issues, and ensuring time is spent on the highest-impact areas
  • Prepare strategic materials for board meetings, leadership reviews, and key external engagements
  • Keep leaders aligned, chase commitments, surface blockers early
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects that require executive sponsorship or alignment
  • Act as a proxy in meetings and manage relationships with board/external partners
  • Take vague priorities and turn them into structured execution
  • Step into operational gaps as needed to keep momentum and avoid bottlenecks
