About The Position

The Performance Specialist will receive guidance and direction from the Performance Manager and Area Managers and any newly designated special projects and/or special initiatives under Performance and Tracking. The Performance Specialist supports Workforce Solutions operations by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program data across all service lines. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, generating performance insights, and supporting data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, information systems, data management, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry, reporting, auditing, or performance tracking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
  • Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and other required locations

Responsibilities

  • Enter, review, and validate customer records, case notes, and service data in internal systems
  • Perform cross-system audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Develop and run system queries to support program operations and performance tracking
  • Generate data reports and dashboards to support internal reviews and program analysis
  • Support compliance monitoring efforts by preparing documentation and assisting with corrective actions
  • Collaborate with program and operations teams to improve data collection processes and protocols
  • Ensure data governance standards are upheld in alignment with board and regulatory requirements
  • Leverage technology tools to streamline documentation, reduce errors, and improve reporting efficiency
