About The Position

Sentara Independence in Virginia Beach is looking to hire a Performance Measurement Specialist. This is a hybrid position 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. The position is responsible for the execution of random operations and focus audits. Assess company operations, process, compliance and other associated risks. Prepare and present quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to Manager and customers. Develop strategic initiatives to maintain and improve the audit function. Evaluate and revise internal controls and operational and management policies/procedures. Sentara Independence provides quality outpatient services to the surrounding community. The facility includes an ambulance-accessible emergency room that is supported by board-certified physicians. Sentara Independence houses state-of-the-art medical equipment and highly-skilled physicians and staff. Sentara Independence is now an extension of the quality services at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital including advanced imaging and physical therapy. Requirements

High School Diploma
3 years’ experience in Claims Processing, Customer Service, Enrollment or System Administration required.
2 years of Auditing experience required

Nice To Haves

Prior call center experience preferred
Epic experience preferred
