The Performance Marketing Specialist serves as a point of contact for Bestway’s retail media agency, ensuring smooth collaboration, timely delivery of creative assets, and effective execution of campaigns across major retail platforms. Beyond agency management, this role will be responsible for daily monitoring and optimization of Google PPC campaigns, refreshing e-commerce storefronts, supporting reporting and analytics, and assisting with SEO and data insights. The Performance Management Specialist will play a critical role in bridging external partners with internal teams (sales, project management, creative services) while driving performance across retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam’s Club, and BestwayUSA.com.

Requirements

  • Ability to serve as the point of contact for external agencies, coordinating creative deliverables, and ensuring campaign alignment
  • Strong proficiency in campaign reporting, performance analysis, and translating data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns with retail media platforms (Walmart Connect, Amazon Advertising, PacView, Target, Costco, Sam’s Club)
  • Proven track record of executing and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Merchant Center) with measurable ROI
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush; ability to conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives
  • Proficiency with ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for Bestway’s retail media agency
  • Coordinate creative needs with project management and creative services teams (imagery, video, copy)
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets and alignment with campaign objectives
  • Document and distribute meeting notes from monthly sales/agency
  • Execute, monitor, and optimize Google Paid Search and Shopping campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Refresh creative assets and execute quarterly/seasonal updates for Amazon, Walmart, Target, and BestwayUSA.com brand stores
  • Ensure new SKUs are updated with appropriate creative and promotional content
  • Coordinate creative needs for product promotions with project management and creative services teams (imagery, video, copy)
  • Assist in compiling monthly, annual, and year-to-date reports for digital advertising and sales requests
  • Support the creation of reporting documents for internal stakeholders
  • Provide campaign performance insights to the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Pull data from Google Search Console and SEMrush for keyword research and performance tracking
  • Share findings with the manager and execution teams to inform strategy
  • Support “Shop Now” campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (BestwayUSA.com and 3P)
  • Monitor performance daily and execute adjustments as needed
