Requirements

  • 3+ years of SEO and PPC performance marketing experience
  • Proven success improving rankings, lead generation, and ROAS
  • Experience managing high‑budget paid search programs (7‑figure)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Meta
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console

Responsibilities

  • Support internal stakeholders and marketing leadership by delivering data-driven insights, campaign strategy recommendations, and digital performance support
  • Collaborate with partners across Sales, Marketing Operations, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution of PPC, SEO, and lead-generation initiatives
  • Contribute to internal partner satisfaction by improving lead quality, strengthening attribution visibility, and optimizing integration between paid media, SEO, and Salesforce
  • Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Meta, including Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns
  • Oversee SEO activities such as keyword research, metadata optimization, content structure improvements, and search visibility monitoring through Google Search Console
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with best practices, particularly in regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, or healthcare
  • Leverage systems and tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), AccuRanker, and A/B testing platforms like Convert
  • Configure and maintain conversion tracking, attribution models, tags, triggers, and dashboards to support accurate reporting and analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve ROI, reduce cost per acquisition, and enhance funnel performance through data-driven insights and experimentation
  • Recommend A/B and multivariate testing strategies across ads, landing pages, and audience segments to drive measurable improvements
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning, including channel expansion, optimization roadmapping, and improved alignment between digital marketing and CRM/automation workflows
