About The Position

Console builds AI agents that automate IT support directly in Slack, handling everything from password resets to onboarding so teams can focus on their core tasks. We’re backed by Thrive Capital (investors in OpenAI, Stripe, GitHub), SV Angel, Jack Altman and other Tier 1 startup founders. Customers like Webflow, Ramp, and Cursor already use Console to automate up to 70% of IT requests. We’re at an inflection point – strong product-market fit, massive market, and an opportunity to define the next generation of internal automation. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale Console’s acquisition engine from the ground up. You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid channels, turning experiments into predictable pipeline generation. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and thrives in high-velocity environments. You think independently, test relentlessly, and take full ownership of outcomes. You’re excited to uncover new channels, validate hypotheses, and turn insights into compounding growth. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Growth and collaborate with founders to shape Console’s GTM motion.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years managing paid campaigns at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Comfortable diving into dashboards and brainstorming ad hooks in the same hour.
  • Thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of attribution, event tracking, and funnel performance.
  • Proficient with GA4, GTM, and major ad platforms.
  • Excited by the idea of joining a small, world-class team at the ground floor and helping define how we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Own all paid channels, including Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, X and emerging platforms.
  • Plan, launch and optimize campaigns, covering strategy, bidding, creative testing, audience targeting, and landing page alignment.
  • Measure and report performance across key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, pipeline generated) with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Develop an experimentation engine (copy tests, creative variations, funnel optimizations, and new channel validation.)
  • Identify and test new acquisition opportunities (affiliates, creators, newsletters, sponsorships, and more).
  • Build sustainable, scalable processes that improve execution speed, campaign quality, and ROI.
