About The Position

Member of the marketing team, the Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for all paid and earned media, to increase ROI and enhance engagement to support the growth of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or technical degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in earned and paid media (company or agency).
  • Proven experience in digital strategy and tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc).
  • Strong writing and editing ability. Keen eye for detail and design.
  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a small and lean organization, hands-on, result oriented, team player and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define a comprehensive paid and earned strategy, in line with the overall company and marketing strategy.
  • Effectively manage and communicate with multiple agencies and partners (media, PR).
  • Conduct regular brand review to benchmark Aireloom and Kluft communications against their major competitors (positioning, execution, share of voice, etc.) and initiate corrective actions.
  • Support the company’s network of retailers in their own paid and earned media plans, providing them with the appropriate tools to improve overall performance.
  • Work alongside third-party digital agency to develop and execute paid campaigns across channels (social, display etc.) for both national and co-op regional targets.
  • Identify target audiences, goals, and key performance indicators for co-op and national campaigns.
  • Test and iterate on creative, messaging, and targeting for continuous performance optimization.
  • Track, measure, analyze and generate campaign performance reports using multiple analytic platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics etc.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for performance improvements.
  • Plan, execute and manage national promotional campaigns across various channels and mediums.
  • Define and execute a PR program to reach effectively the company’s trade and end consumer audiences.
  • Develop and execute a media outreach strategy and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other industry thought leaders.
  • Manage and update digital product customer reviews and review syndication.
  • Maintain review syndication platform ensuring product accuracy and review moderation.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to increase reviews and ratings.
  • Respond to press inquiries and manage messaging.
