This role offers the opportunity to lead pricing and promotion strategy for eCommerce offers, directly impacting revenue, customer value, and overall profitability. You will design, execute, and analyze advanced experimentation roadmaps, ensuring data-driven decisions guide all pricing and promotional initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams—Campaign Operations, Creative Strategy, Data, and Traffic—you will optimize conversion, average order value (AOV), repeat purchase rates (RPS), and network margin. This position thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment and provides significant visibility into strategic marketing initiatives while fostering professional growth and independence. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, experimentation expertise, and a strong understanding of consumer behavior in digital commerce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or direct-response marketing.
  • Proven expertise in pricing, promotional, and bundling strategies for eCommerce or DTC offers.
  • Strong background in experimentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and managing complex testing programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience interpreting results from layered tests, mutually exclusive experiments, and controlled rollouts.
  • Comfortable with digital marketing tools such as experimentation platforms (Statsig preferred), Tableau, Google Analytics, and workflow/project management tools (Monday.com, Slack).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage structured experimentation roadmaps for pricing and promotion variables, including landing pages, CTAs, urgency elements, and abandoned cart flows.
  • Partner with Creative Strategy and Campaign Ops to ensure alignment of messaging, copy, design, and flawless execution of tests across platforms.
  • Design post-purchase offers, upsell flows, and cross-sell strategies to maximize order value and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Analyze experiment outcomes using statistically sound methodologies, interpreting results holistically across AOV, AOM, RPS, EPC, refund rate, and margin.
  • Collaborate with Data, Traffic, and Media teams to ensure accurate instrumentation, reliable reporting, and scalable performance improvements.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs, including experiment win rate, incremental revenue, and CPA increases tied to pricing optimizations.
  • Build repeatable pricing and promotion frameworks that can be leveraged across multiple brands and campaigns.
