About The Position

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on D2C performance marketer to be the first marketing hire for our client's subscription-based apps and SaaS products. You’ll own performance marketing end-to-end—from PPC strategy and analytics to budgeting and ROAS optimization—and work directly with the Founder. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll advise on product-market fit, creative strategy, and growth, and eventually build and manage a small team. Products & Market Digital-only subscription products (Apps & SaaS) Pricing: $9.99/month – $120/year Initial market focus: US (experience here is highly preferred) Starting from zero: no traffic, no data

Requirements

  • Senior-level, hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing
  • Proven track record scaling subscription apps or SaaS
  • Deep expertise in Meta & TikTok Ads
  • Experience building analytics stacks from scratch
  • Comfort owning budgets and results
  • Strong critical thinking: ability to challenge ideas, suggest improvements, and guide product growth
  • Fluent English; US market experience strongly preferred
  • Hands-on mindset; willing to execute campaigns as well as strategize

Responsibilities

  • Own PPC and performance marketing strategy across primary channels (Meta, TikTok) and secondary channels as needed (Google)
  • Full budget ownership and ROAS accountability
  • Build analytics and tracking stack from scratch
  • Advise on creative strategy and design needs
  • Identify hires or external resources necessary for scaling
  • Work with developers and designers to execute campaigns
  • Hands-on execution, with future management of 2–3 team members
