About The Position

We’re looking for a Native Advertising Specialist to own end-to-end lead generation across native platforms, including Taboola, Outbrain, and Google Demand Gen. You’ll be responsible for building, launching, optimizing, and scaling performance-driven campaigns—from creative and audience strategy to landing pages and conversion optimization. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Performance, Creative, CRO, Data, and Sales teams to drive qualified lead volume efficiently. You’ll operate both strategically and tactically, building scalable campaign systems while actively optimizing performance daily. This role is 100% on-site in Irvine, CA. Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing native advertising platforms (Taboola and/or Outbrain required).
  • Proven experience running direct response or lead generation campaigns, not just awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to build campaigns from scratch, including structure, targeting, and optimization strategy.
  • Experience with landing page optimization and CRO, including A/B testing and funnel analysis.
  • Strong creative testing mindset with experience iterating native ads to manage fatigue and improve performance.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions confidently.
  • Experience building and activating retargeting and audience segments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Builder mentality with a test-and-learn approach in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Demand Gen, Discovery, or YouTube performance campaigns.
  • Background in financial services, debt relief, insurance, legal, or other high-intent lead gen verticals.
  • Familiarity with CRM feedback loops and lead quality analysis.
  • Experience working closely with CRO, Analytics, or Data teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and scale native advertising campaigns across Taboola, Outbrain, and Google Demand Gen with a focus on lead generation.
  • Own campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and setup to optimization and scaling.
  • Develop and test native creative (headlines, images, angles) in collaboration with Creative teams.
  • Partner on or directly build landing pages and run CRO experiments to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Monitor daily performance, identify inefficiencies, and optimize bids, targeting, placements, and budgets.
  • Analyze performance by creative, placement, audience, and funnel stage, applying insights to improve CPA and scale volume.
  • Build and activate audiences, including retargeting, engagement-based segments, and expansion strategies.
  • Maintain clean tracking and measurement (pixels, UTMs, conversion events).
  • Report on performance, testing results, and insights, translating data into clear recommendations.
  • Develop repeatable frameworks for creative testing, optimization, and campaign scaling.
