About The Position

Through a network of highly skilled coaches and a strong corporate support system, Focal Point equips coaches and clients with the tools, frameworks, and strategies needed to drive meaningful business impact. Position Overview Focal Point is seeking a Performance Digital Marketer to help strengthen and optimize our digital marketing ecosystem. This role is responsible for building, managing, and improving digital strategies that support corporate growth initiatives and help our coaches attract and convert more ideal clients. This person will play an important role in connecting marketing strategy, digital execution, platform performance, lead flow, and reporting across key systems such as HubSpot, websites, email marketing, landing pages, CRM workflows, and campaign tracking. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who understands how to turn digital channels and marketing technology into measurable business impact, while also supporting a coach-first organization with practical, scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, or growth marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot required
  • Experience building and optimizing digital campaigns, landing pages, workflows, and lead nurture programs
  • Strong understanding of CRM-driven marketing, conversion strategy, email marketing, funnel performance, and campaign measurement
  • Experience supporting both B2B marketing initiatives and distributed or field-facing teams is an asset
  • Comfortable working across strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and action
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience supporting franchise, coaching, consulting, or professional services organizations
  • Familiarity with SEO, website optimization, and digital user journey mapping
  • Experience with campaign attribution, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing

  • Experience working in a role that combines marketing strategy, systems thinking, and execution

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that improve visibility, engagement, conversion, and qualified opportunity generation across corporate marketing channels
  • Optimize campaign performance across email, web, landing pages, paid and organic channels, and marketing automation workflows
  • Translate business goals into digital programs that create stronger pipeline momentum and improved marketing efficiency
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, lead nurture effectiveness, and overall campaign ROI
  • Own and optimize HubSpot marketing workflows, email campaigns, forms, landing pages, lists, lead routing logic, and campaign reporting
  • Build and refine automated nurture journeys that support both corporate marketing priorities and coach-related marketing initiatives
  • Ensure CRM and marketing automation processes are structured, scalable, and aligned with the user journey
  • Partner with internal teams to improve data quality, segmentation, attribution, and reporting visibility within HubSpot
  • Help develop scalable digital marketing support, tools, and best practices that enable coaches to drive client acquisition more effectively
  • Create and improve templates, workflows, campaigns, and lead-generation recommendations that coaches can use within the broader Focal Point ecosystem
  • Identify ways to better support coaches through digital channels, marketing automation, content pathways, and conversion-focused experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure coach-facing marketing initiatives are practical, clear, and aligned with brand standards
  • Improve website and landing page performance through testing, messaging alignment, conversion optimization, and user experience improvements
  • Support lead capture strategy, CTA performance, page structure, and form optimization across digital touchpoints
  • Partner with content, brand, and web resources to ensure digital experiences are clear, effective, and aligned with business priorities
  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve SEO, traffic intent alignment, and digital discoverability where appropriate
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, opportunity trends, and marketing contribution
  • Build dashboards and reporting views that provide clear insight into what is working and where improvements are needed
  • Use performance data to recommend next steps, prioritize testing opportunities, and support better marketing decision-making
  • Present findings and recommendations in a way that is actionable for both marketing leadership and cross-functional partners
