Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Performance and Learning Consultant. This position can be based anywhere in the U.S. with a preference for candidates in the Pittsburgh/Cleveland markets. The Performance and Learning Consultant will perform duties for multiple learning solution design and development projects, often incorporating blended solutions.They will provide guidance on learning activities, make connections between different development avenues and design and develop material related to training--especially related to digital upskilling in the organization. Projects could include combinations of face-to-face instructor led training, eLearning, virtual instructor led training, job aids, participant and facilitator materials, innovation solutions, library services, and more. Consultant will curate content, manage vendors, and create learning solutions to meet needs. Consultant will ensure that projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and satisfy the objective. The expected annual salary range for this role is $108749.97 - $159499.96 a year.
