Director, Performance Consulting, Corporate Services The Role The Director, Performance Consultant supports associate performance and help business units meet their goals. Provides strategic consultation on projects and develops learning experiences to build workforce capability, now and for the future. You will work with leaders to scope learning requests, prioritize the team’s work, to develop and deliver impactful learning solutions as well as evaluate the impact of the learning solutions. In this role you’ll be accountable for the overall quality and measurability of learning products. The Team We are the Talent & Learning Team that resides within the Corporate Services (CS) Function.
