Summary The Claims Learning and Development Consultant plays a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning programs that build the knowledge, skills, and effectiveness of the Claims organization. This role combines instructional design expertise with facilitation skills to create engaging, learner-centered experiences for both new and tenured Claims associates. Partnering closely with Claims leadership, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners, the consultant ensures that all learning initiatives align with operational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a passionate advocate for continuous learning and professional growth.
