We’re looking for a Performance Analyst who is passionate about data storytelling—turning raw performance metrics into compelling, actionable insights ultimately driving engagement strategy. This role sits at the intersection of media, engagement, and analytics, helping multidisciplinary teams connect the dots between paid, owned, and earned performance data. You’ll analyze omnichannel engagement across a variety of channels including paid media, web, CRM, social, and more. This role involves working closely with strategists and media leads to interpret results, uncover trends, inform optimizations and develop tactical recommendations. While not largely client-facing, you’ll need strong communication skills to educate internal teams (and occasionally clients) on what the data means and how it is beneficial to their organization. This role is perfect for an analyst who is both data-savvy and strategic, who is ready for an opportunity to step up and make an impact. This position is a full-time, hybrid role reporting to any JPA office (i.e., Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, New York City) 2 days per week and working remotely 3 days per week.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing analytics , performance reporting, or digital insights generation.
  • Pharma experience is preferred; familiarity with other areas of healthcare is also a plus.
  • Exceptional data storytelling skills: able to make numbers meaningful and actionable.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is a bonus but not required.
  • Familiarity with ad platform reporting (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, DSPs, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams: not just crunching numbers, but contributing to strategic conversations.
  • Strong communicator: able to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders in an engaging way.
  • Hungry, ambitious, and eager: this is a role for someone who’s ready to step up and make an impact.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze omnichannel performance across digital channels (paid media, social, CRM, web) with awareness of offline touchpoints (print, conferences, field force data, etc.).
  • Synthesize data into compelling narratives, helping internal teams connect insights to strategy.
  • Develop performance dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Looker Studio (broader dashboarding handled by technical resources).
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Engagement, and Creative teams to provide insights that inform optimizations.
  • Develop measurement plans, tagging strategies, UTMs, and learning agendas, ensuring data continuity and integrity.
  • Support A/B testing, incrementality testing, and campaign measurement strategies.
  • Stay up to date on evolving analytics trends, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of data-driven engagement.

  • The anticipated starting pay for this role is between $105,000 - $130,000 annually, based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
  • You may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
  • We review compensation annually and evaluate readiness for promotions every quarter.
