Honesty – Reliability – Curiosity – Collaboration - Passion About the role and what you'll be doing: Act as the primary technical and functional liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and the development team. Analyse, triage, and manage incident and service request tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs. Allocate work, monitor task progress, and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and steering committees. Conduct workshops and facilitated design sessions to gather business requirements, manage expectations, and secure stakeholder buy-in. Perform impact analysis, retrofitting, and manage all phases of the development lifecycle with minimal disruption. Independently identify, assess, and resolve complex technical and functional issues. Apply structured methodologies and independent judgment to deliver high-quality work products. Analyse the latest PeopleSoft Features and PUM updates for potential implementation. Ensure that incident and change requests meet business requirements and are delivered within defined SLAs. Prepare and deliver KB articles to support business users in understanding and executing business processes. Provide technical guidance, support, and training to internal customers to improve daily processes. Offer performance improvement recommendations and promote application best practices. Facilitate post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and integrate feedback into future projects. Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall PeopleSoft experience, with at least 6+ years focused on PeopleSoft FSCM.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Deep functional expertise in the following FSCM modules and their integration touchpoints:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Purchasing
  • Inventory and Asset Management
  • General Ledger
  • Understanding of IBM DB2 database concepts, with knowledge of DDL and DML queries.
  • Hands-on technical experience with:
  • Application Designer
  • SQL and PS Queries
  • BI Publisher
  • Application Engines
  • Component Interfaces
  • Integration Broker
  • Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
  • App Packages
  • Fluid page development
  • Knowledge of the latest PeopleSoft features, including:
  • Page and Field Configurator
  • Notification Composer
  • Event Mapping
  • Approval Framework
  • Drop Zones
  • Experience with Tools and Application upgrade activities, including Fit-Gap Analysis, Retrofitting, and Feature Implementation.
  • Working knowledge of generic and 1099-specific Tax Updates within FSCM.
  • Proven ability to evaluate configuration options and leverage PeopleSoft delivered functionality effectively.
