Design, development and technical support for maintaining ERP Applications. Understand customer business requirements, perform fit gap analysis, and advise solutions. Prepare technical design and document it for customizations, interfaces, reports, data conversions or integrations required as per business need. Implement, develop technical solutions, prepare unit test cases, system integration testing support, user acceptance testing support. Production support, Defect tracking, perform root cause analysis for defects raised, provide solutions. Prepare deployment instruction documents and deployment support for new deployments. Perform code reviews and recommend improvements. Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines. Provide support in all phases of SDLC. Conduct end user training when needed and prepare user documentations. Recommend new coding techniques to ensure quality and usability.
