We are seeking a People Technology Analyst for a 12-month temporary role to support the People Operations team by analyzing, transforming, and standardizing HR data across systems and processes. There is potential for conversion to a permanent role at the end of this period. The People Technology Analyst plays a critical part in improving data accuracy, governance, and documentation while partnering closely with HR teams and subject matter experts to ensure functional clarity and visibility. This is a temp-to-hire position designed to support system optimization, reporting accuracy, and scalable people processes. This role focuses on data accuracy, structure, and governance rather than predictive or statistical analytics. It will be a hybrid position, required to be on-site at our Gilbert, AZ headquarters at least two days per week.
