About The Position

Grayscale is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Human Resources Intern to support our HR team across core people operations. This intern will play a critical role in coordinating interviews, meetings, professional development trainings, and new hire onboarding—while gaining hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of HR. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources who wants real-world experience inside a fast-paced, people-first organization.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People Operations
  • High EQ, personable and adept at relationship-building
  • Comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones
  • Assist with interview logistics, candidate communications, and calendar management
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing Day One itineraries for new hires
  • Help organize and schedule professional development trainings and internal meetings
  • Assist with basic onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks (documentation, tracking, follow-ups)
  • Partner closely with the HR team to ensure smooth, thoughtful employee experiences
