About The Position

The People Systems Program Manager plays a key role in managing and optimizing HR technology and analytics across a global, fast-paced environment. This role oversees Workday and related systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and smooth performance while driving system enhancements that align with organizational priorities. Acting as both a subject matter expert and project manager, you will lead system implementations, integrations, and upgrades while partnering with HR, IT, and Payroll teams. You will develop dashboards, reports, and metrics that empower leaders with actionable insights, enhance the employee experience, and support strategic decision-making. The position requires strong analytical, technical, and project management skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Remote work flexibility and collaboration with global teams are central to success in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of HRIS experience, including Workday experience
  • Familiarity with HR business processes such as payroll, benefits, and job changes
  • Experience with Workday integrations; ability to build simple integrations a plus
  • Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence, guide, and train others
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

  • Manage the People Systems roadmap by identifying gaps, proposing future-state solutions, and prioritizing initiatives to meet business objectives
  • Lead Workday implementations, releases, and related projects, including scoping, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Partner with HR functional owners, IT, and Payroll teams to define requirements, optimize processes, and implement system solutions supporting key People processes (e.g., compensation, open enrollment, talent management)
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to managers and leadership
  • Define, track, and report key metrics aligned with organizational and People priorities
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure adoption and a positive user experience across People systems
  • Manage vendor relationships, consultants, system configuration, audits, integrations, and compliance with security and SOX requirements
  • Troubleshoot, resolve system issues, and recommend timely solutions while maintaining data accuracy and system reliability
