About The Position

The People Systems Program Manager will lead the strategy, optimization, and administration of HR technology and analytics in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing Workday and related systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and system performance while driving projects that enhance the employee experience. The position partners with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, streamline processes, and deliver actionable insights through reporting and analytics. It also oversees vendor relationships, system integrations, and security policies to maintain operational excellence. This role requires strong technical, analytical, and project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Remote work is supported, with opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous system improvement.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of HRIS experience, with hands-on experience in Workday required.
  • Familiarity with HR processes including payroll, benefits, and job changes.
  • Experience with Workday integrations; ability to build simple integrations is a plus.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and project management capabilities with experience managing complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the People Systems roadmap, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and prioritizing initiatives to meet organizational needs.
  • Project manage Workday implementations, releases, and system enhancements, including scoping, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with HR functional owners, IT, and Payroll to define requirements, optimize processes, and implement solutions supporting key HR programs (compensation, talent, benefits).
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to HR leaders, managers, and the business.
  • Oversee system configuration, integrations, audits, and maintenance to ensure data integrity, compliance, and quality control.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users to enhance system adoption and employee experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships, consultant resources, and system troubleshooting to deliver timely, effective solutions.
