The People Strategy Team Coordinator provides high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the People Strategy Team (PST). This role ensures the smooth functioning of PST processes by managing communications, coordinating critical workflows, maintaining documentation, and supporting PST and HR initiatives. The Coordinator acts as a central point of contact for managers and employees seeking guidance, helping to route inquiries efficiently and support timely, accurate HR service delivery.
