To execute our global enterprise goals, the Strategic People Initiatives function requires a dedicated operational engine. This role serves as the bridge between high-level human capital strategy and global execution, reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Strategic People Initiatives. Acting as the "strategic air traffic controller" for the People team, the People Strategy & Enablement Manager ensures cross-functional alignment, clears systemic roadblocks, and drives change adoption across our global footprint. The core accountability for this role is turning visionary HR strategy into measurable operational reality. By institutionalizing rigorous prioritization and dissolving functional silos, this leader decreases the "Time to Productivity" for all global initiatives, ensuring that the People team delivers high-ROI outcomes that protect capital investments and accelerate organizational synergy.
