This role blends regional leadership with hands-on execution , providing direction on employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters while overseeing day-to-day service delivery, governance, and operational discipline. With coverage spanning the United States, Canada, and multiple EMEA countries , this role requires deep knowledge of regional employment practices, strong risk judgment, operational rigor, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to manage both immediate issues and longer-term transformation priorities.
