Position Overview This role is based in our Shackelford County, TX location. The Mobility Coordinator is responsible for delivering a high-touch, white-glove relocation experience for employees undergoing domestic or international moves. This role serves as the primary point of contact for transferees, guiding them through the end-to-end relocation process while managing associated administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, service-driven, and agile, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, partner cross-functionally, and creatively solve complex relocation-related challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in relocation coordination, project planning, executive assistant roles, HR, coordination, or a related administrative or operational function.
  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level customer service or support in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Able to collaborate effectively across teams and building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively and handle complex problems independently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information
  • Flexibility to address urgent issues that may occur outside standard business hours.
  • Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees (transferees) initiating a relocation, providing a high-touch, personalized experience.
  • Walk transferees through the full relocation lifecycle, clearly explaining policies, timelines, benefits, and next steps.
  • Act as a reliable and supportive resource for employees throughout their relocation journey.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
  • Partner closely with internal teams such as Payroll, HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure accurate execution of relocation-related processes.
  • Liaise with external relocation vendors, maintaining strong working relationships to ensure service-level expectations are met.
  • Coordinate logistics, documentation, approvals, and data flow between all stakeholders involved in the relocation process.
  • Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage and track relocation cases, documentation, and workflows with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and trackers related to transferee activity, costs, and timelines.
  • Support project-based initiatives related to mobility programs, process improvements, or policy updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations related to employee mobility.
  • Independently assess and resolve complex or non-standard relocation scenarios, thinking creatively to develop effective solutions.
  • Adapt effectively to changing priorities and situations, using sound judgment.
  • Escalate risks or issues appropriately, while maintaining ownership through resolution.
  • Serve as a reliable escalation point during critical relocation events, including availability outside of standard business hours when urgent issues arise.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to time-sensitive matters that may impact the transferee experience or business continuity.
