Requirements

  • 1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Strong organization skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Enrolling new employees in orientation as they begin employment and host biweekly new hire orientation session
  • Managing 90-day check-in and offboarding surveys
  • Administering wellness program onboarding and offboarding process, including monthly employee communications
  • Maintaining and updating labor law posters
  • Administering anniversary award program, including tracking milestones and coordinating recognition
  • Processing separation notices and distributing required state documentation
  • Creating company newsletter by partnering with communities and corporate teams
  • Providing ADP login support and assisting with password reset
  • Maintaining and updating job descriptions
  • Processing department invoices
  • Supporting general office duties including mail distribution, deliveries, and ordering supplies
  • Acting as a back-up to Office Manager
