The People Senior Specialist (Workforce Planning & Development) plays a critical role in shaping the future of WelbeHealth’s workforce. This senior individual contributor partners closely with the Chief People Officer, People Team leadership, and cross-functional leaders to design and execute forward-looking workforce strategies that support WelbeHealth’s growth, scalability, and mission expansion. This role blends strategic workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and program execution to ensure WelbeHealth has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time—today and in the future.
