The People Relations Coordinator supports the organization's efforts to maintain positive associate relationships and ensure compliance with company policies, employment and labor laws, and HR best practices. This role will support an Employee Relations team who is responsible for both the retail stores and the New York/New Jersey corporate offices in investigating associate complaints, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace culture. This role will assist in handling associate inquiries, interpreting policies, and coordinating resolution processes to foster a productive work environment. The People Relations Coordinator will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and will thrive by demonstrating attention to detail, problem solving abilities, along with strong organization and communication skills
