About The Position

The People Project Specialist is part of the People Experience Team within the Global People (HR) Team, reporting into the Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness. This role plays a critical part in embedding IB’s culture by contributing to management of global People (HR) projects/initiatives that drive cultural transformation and integrate best practices. It aligns policies, governance, and change management with our People Strategy, fostering stakeholder engagement, and delivering scalable, data-driven solutions to actively influence organizational transformation and champion culture change. The role will support a range of global People Experience and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives, for example but not limited to: Performance Management – supporting the design, delivery, and adoption of performance frameworks and processes that enable high performance and development. Recognition – contributing to global recognition initiatives that reinforce desired behaviors, values, and cultural outcomes. Listening & Employee Engagement – supporting employee listening and engagement activities and translating insights into actions that enhance the employee experience.
