About Global People Transportation: The Global People Transportation team partners closely with our transportation operations, supporting over 230 drivers, 18 managers, and 16 hourly associates across multiple locations. With an emphasis on optimized dispatch models and top-tier maintenance, our purpose is to enable safe and efficient logistics operations. As a People Partner, you’ll help cultivate a high-performing, people-first environment that’s essential to Walmart’s mission of delivering for our customers and communities. What you'll do... Lead HR operations for transportation teams—including talent management, associate relations, and compliance. Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns with sound judgment and partnership. Champion belonging, creating opportunities for growth and engagement. Guide and develop leaders through coaching, feedback, and performance management. Implement business plans to achieve facility goals in quality, safety, and operational improvements.
