Requirements

  • Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or relevant with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in:
  • Strategic HR business partnering & change management
  • People analytics: performance, retention & engagement insights
  • HR programs, policy & process optimization
  • Manager & employee coaching; communication & conflict resolution
  • Cross-functional collaboration: TA, L&D & leadership on workforce planning & culture
  • Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
  • Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 1 years of experience in the position

Responsibilities

  • Support the employee lifecycle in collaboration with the managers and People team, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding, enhancing employee retention, development, and organizational fit
  • Implement and localize corporate-wide HR policies, systems, and initiatives
  • Foster strong relationships with supported teams, provide coaching and counsel to employees to coach on performance, conflict resolution, and career development, escalate to People leadership as needed
  • Contribute to core People programs such as performance review, engagement survey, compensation cycles, compliance initiatives, process buildup and improvement
  • Promote high performance culture through engagement initiatives and events that reinforce company values and psychological safety
  • Partner with Learning and Development team to deliver training programs, enhancing compliance and leadership for our team members and leaders
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and business leaders on hiring and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goal and team dynamics
  • Support change management efforts, provide insights to employee behavior and organizational readiness
  • Leverage people analytics to provide reporting insights to People leadership, aiding in strategic decisions related to organizational effectiveness
