Are you a passionate and engaging HR professional looking to take on your next professional challenge? Consider joining Novonesis as P&O (People & Organization) Consultant located at our Franklinton, North Carolina manufacturing facility. In this role you will have an opportunity to work with an amazing regional team of HR professionals while making huge impact by delivering top level HR service to our Franklinton, North Carolina employees and regional/global HR teams. In this role you'll make an impact by: P&O contact for assigned site, division or geographical area of responsibility. Supporting with P&O needs, requests and projects, and routing more strategic requests to the appropriate P&O BP and/or P&O Global Function as necessary. Serving as an advisor to leaders in the respective country/site/division on matters related to the employee life cycle. Providing guidance to client groups to plan effective on-boarding and in-boarding for new and transferring employees. Plan and conduct new employee orientation. Facilitating relevant team/site/department workshops like Insights, Culture or DEI sessions for selected teams at L5+ levels Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to managers at assigned site (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Providing guidance on formal performance management processes and tools. Collaborating with stakeholders to anticipate P&O needs, provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development Supporting regional and global HR teams in various activities such as Workday system transactions and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field
  • 6-8 years of HR generalist experience with significant experience in employee relations and coaching leaders in employee matters
  • Ability to make decisions and exhibit sound and accurate judgment to make timely decisions
  • Ability to handle changing priorities
  • Must be able to embrace a sense of urgency, innovation and resourcefulness
  • Clear communication skills, capable of clearly conveying HR policies, procedures, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including management and employees. This includes active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in P&O consultancy, while also pragmatically addressing real-world complexities

Nice To Haves

  • HR Certification preferred (e.g., PHR or SHRM-CP)
