About The Position

Were looking for a People Operations & Systems Analyst to join our team on a limited-term basis through July 31, 2027. In this role, youll be at the center of transforming how our People function operates; owning systems, driving automation, and delivering insights that shape strategic decisions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building and optimizing systems, working with data, and leveraging emerging AI tools to improve how work gets done. Youll report to the Director, People Operations and partner across teams to create scalable, efficient, and high-impact solutions. Compensation & Benefits The U.S. base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000 (flexibility based on experience) The role is eligible for company benefits, PTO, 401k matching and including health and welfare plans This is a limited-term position ending July 31, 2027

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Systems, HRIS, or a related analytical role
  • Strong experience with HR systems (Workday, ADP, Rippling, UKG, etc.) and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation workflows
  • Experience managing system integrations and improving data flows
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data integrity
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance (e.g., ACA, 401k), and benefits administration
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Responsibilities

  • Own and Scale People Systems
  • Lead the design, optimization, and long-term evolution of our People systems ecosystem
  • Manage HRIS and related platforms, including integrations across payroll, benefits, and recruiting systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system performance, maintenance, and vendor management
  • Drive implementation of new tools and system enhancements
  • Establish strong data governance practices to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Drive Automation & AI Innovation
  • Design and implement automation workflows to streamline People processes
  • Evaluate and deploy AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and increase system adoption
  • Deliver Data-Driven Insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting (e.g., ThoughtSpot, HRIS tools)
  • Develop Manager Scorecards and scalable reporting frameworks
  • Design and maintain monthly and quarterly dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights across key People Team programs (e.g., Volunteer & Social Impact, Recognition, Wellness, Comp/Merit/Promotion Cycle, etc.)
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, forecast needs, and inform planning and retention strategies
  • Support ad hoc reporting and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to a High-Impact People Team

  • Take on additional projects as needed
