We are looking for a tech-savvy People Operations Specialist to provide essential operational support to the Crusoe People Team. In this role, you’ll act as a key resource in maintaining our HRIS (Rippling) and ensuring our team’s data remains accurate and reliable. You will be the helpful first point of contact for employee inquiries, assisting with "Tier 1" support needs and providing the day-to-day guidance our colleagues need. Much of your impact will come from assisting in the creation of SOPs and employee enablement resources, helping our team build a smoother, more accessible experience for everyone at Crusoe.
