As a People Operations Manager (Part-Time), you will be responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the People Team run seamlessly and efficiently, while also helping us improve how we operate. This role is designed for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and is motivated to figure things out without waiting for direction. You will play a critical role in maintaining core People processes across benefits, systems, compliance, and the employee lifecycle, while also identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, and optimize how work gets done. We are in an active phase of assessing and evolving our People function at Chief. This role is not just about executing existing processes, it is about helping us evaluate what should be improved, automated, or redesigned over time. You should be someone who is energized by building more efficient systems, reducing manual work, and leveraging technology and AI to improve the employee and team experience. This role is scoped at approximately 24 hours per week and requires strong judgment, organization, and the ability to operate independently.
