As we step into our next phase of growth, Everlaw is looking for a People Operations Program Manager to lead our day to day operations and design, scale, and manage the infrastructure that powers our employee experience. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our People processes are seamless, scalable, and human-centric. To do this, you’ll partner closely with our People, Finance, and Legal teams to manage our People tech stack and day to day operations —ensuring that every Everlawyer has the support they need to do their best work. This role requires a unique blend of operational excellence, technical savvy, and a "service-first" mindset. You are someone who enjoys diving into the "pipes" of an organization to ensure they are leak-proof, while proactively identifying ways to improve the system for everyone. Getting started We’re committed to your success and want you to feel like a part of our team! You’ll go through our standard onboarding process, which will integrate you into the company with informative sessions on our product, policies, processes, and team structure and goals. We trust that you’ll bring experience and knowledge that will uplift and uplevel the team, but we don’t expect you to know everything on Day 1.
